1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition without any signs of damage.

  • Packaging must be intact without any tears, stains, or other forms of damage.

  • All barcodes, tags, and labels must remain attached as they were at the time of delivery. Returns with removed tags or barcodes will not be accepted.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our dedicated support team through the official communication channels provided on our website or app. Once the request is verified, our team will automatically file the return.

3. Collection and Inspection

  • A courier will be dispatched to your doorstep to collect the package.

  • Upon receiving the package at our inventory headquarters, our team will conduct a thorough inspection.

  • If the product meets our return eligibility criteria, the return will be approved.

4. Refund Process

  • Once verified, the full amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds may take between 7-14 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.
